Grand Yacht Crew was born from experience — not concept. Our founder, Nicholas Santana, is a British Naval Veteran who entered the yachting industry after eight years of service. Like many, he faced the challenges of navigating a new industry without guidance, community, or support.

After three years of pursuing stability in the industry, he made a decision to transform his struggles into purpose and create something that would make the path easier for others. What began as a personal mission became a bold vision: to build a platform that supports yacht crew through every stage of their journey, with real solutions and lasting impact.

This platform is the result of real, lived experience - shaped by mistakes, setbacks, and hard lessons, but driven forward by relentless commitment, strategic planning and a clear mission to create lasting change in an industry that needs it most.

In 2025, after a year of planning and development, Grand Yacht Crew was officially launched. Backed by a growing team, committed partners, and passionate volunteering ambassadors, the mission was clear — to connect, support and empower crew.

Today, Grand Yacht Crew is more than a platform. It's a movement. We're creating a dedicated space where crew can access opportunities, find support, and build meaningful connections. Coming soon in 2025 — and this is just the beginning.
